Delivery Information

All products are shipped from the UK, so there should be no concerns about customs clearance or additional duties. We will process shipments within 2 working days after receiving the order. Generally, Royal Mail will deliver within 2 to 4 working days after receiving our packages. Some items, such as cookware, may require longer shipping time (approximately 7-10 working days) subject to stock and additional volumetric weight. These items will be shipped separately from food products.

Regular delivery areas cover the mainland UK, including England, Wales, and Scotland. For remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands/Islands, Northern Ireland, and British Isles, additional shipping costs may apply. We adhere to Royal Mail's weight limit of 20kg per package. Orders exceeding 20kg or volumetric weight will incur additional shipping charges. Some offshore British areas may incur taxes that customers need to bear.
