Ingredients:
Gastrodiae Rhizoma (天麻), Ligusticum striatum (川芎), Angelica Dahurica (白芷), Red Dates (紅棗), Codonopsis (黨蔘), Astragalus (北芪), Tangerine Peel (果皮), Dried Longan (龍眼肉), Goji Berries (杞子)
Description:
Ligusticum striatum has a pungent and warm nature, promoting blood circulation, relieving headaches, and dispelling wind. Angelica Dahurica helps to warm the body, relieve pain, and reduce swelling. Gastrodia is neutral in nature and aids in calming the liver, dispelling wind, and improving circulation. This herbal soup pairs well with fish head or lean pork, creating a rich and aromatic broth.
Main Benefits:
- Promotes Blood Circulation and Relieves Pain
- Dispels Wind and Cold to Ease Headaches
- Calms the Liver and Improves Circulation
- Helps Alleviate Rheumatic Pain and Numbness
Suitable For:
- Individuals suffering from headaches, rheumatic pain, muscle aches, limb numbness, and joint pain.
- Those experiencing fatigue, poor sleep quality, and high levels of stress.
Recommended Cooking Method:
- Rinse all soup ingredients thoroughly and set aside.
- Clean and drain the fish head, then pan-fry with a little oil and ginger slices until golden brown on both sides. Add about 2 liters of boiling water and cook on high heat for 10 minutes until the broth turns milky white. (Pork bones or lean meat can be used as an alternative.)
- Add the remaining ingredients to the pot and simmer over low heat for about 1.5 hours.
- Add goji berries in the last few minutes, season with salt to taste, and serve.
