Recommended Cooking Method:

  1. Prepare the Fish Maw:

    • Soak fish maw in water overnight in the refrigerator until softened.
    • Bring water with ginger and scallions to a boil, then turn off the heat. Soak the fish maw in the hot water for about 5 minutes, rinse, and soak in cold water for another 6 hours. Ensure no oil comes into contact with the fish maw during this process.
  2. Prepare pork bones, lean meat, or chicken pieces by rinsing and blanching in boiling water.

  3. Rinse the remaining soup ingredients and soak them for about 10 minutes before draining.

  4. Add 2 liters of water to a pot and bring to a boil. Add all ingredients except goji berries, then simmer over low heat for 1.5 hours.

  5. Add goji berries in the last few minutes, season with salt to taste, and serve.
