Description:
Codonopsis has a sweet and neutral nature, known for strengthening the spleen and lungs while boosting energy and immunity. Astragalus is slightly warming, helping to enhance qi, protect the immune system, and promote fluid balance. Angelica is warm in nature and is famous for nourishing blood, improving circulation, and regulating menstruation. This herbal soup pairs well with chicken, lean pork, or pork bones, offering a naturally sweet and fragrant taste. It can also be used as a nourishing hotpot broth, free from artificial additives.

Recommended Cooking Method:

  3. Add all ingredients to a pot with two slices of ginger and about 3 liters of hot water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to a low simmer for about 1 hour.
  4. Add goji berries in the last few minutes, season with salt to taste, and serve.
